How Meditation Helped Me
In my early 20’s I used to get anxiety attacks which later became severe panic attacks. Not knowing how to go about what I was experiencing I fell into depression. Meditation was the only technique that helped harmonise the core issue and healed my attacks and depression for good.
Meditation NOT Medication.
From a young age I was always sensitive to energy. The more I meditated it expanded my psychic medium abilities and strengthened my intuition. Now I want to help others reach their inner state of peaceful bliss by teaching them the same way I was determined to reach mine.
