The Story Behind Centred Awareness
In my growing years, I was told by many of those who are spiritually gifted I have healing hands. My connection to Spirit began early seeing, sensing, smell and feeling subtle energies. One of my first memories was when I was 9, my grandfather’s spirit guiding me to wear the watch he used to wear, he taught me to feel the energy coming off this object. Later I learned this is Psychometry and now I use this in my readings.
As I grew older, I began to trust my intuitive abilities feeling pain through my hands when scanning someone’s body and experienced my own personal struggles with anxiety and depression that led me to a moment of surrender until I heard a guiding female voice say: “You know the answer.” That answer was meditation.
Through meditation, I healed, and my intuition expanded, this connection has strengthened my purpose. I truly believe your Soul knows. Like Swami Vivekananda said, “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you Spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own Soul.” Centred Awareness was born from this calling, to heal myself so I can help others heal and tap into their divine essence.
