Spinal Flow® is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with your spine and nervous system to release stored stress, emotions and muscle tension. It supports the body’s natural ability to self-heal—without manipulation or cracking.
Your Time In Session
Each session begins with a relaxed check-in and a gentle postural assessment to sense where stress and tension are held in your system. You’ll lie fully clothed on the massage table while specific points along your spine are gently activated. The session is deeply relaxing and intuitive. As your body responds, you may notice subtle movements, emotional release, warmth, or a deep sense of relaxation.
