Having experienced many beautiful moments with Mel during my various healing / tarot reading sessions over the years, I was looking forward to experiencing the newest addition to her eclectic spiritual toolkit, the Trigger Release.

The experience did not disappoint, while I did not have an outpouring of emotion or an overt reaction, that night, I did still feel lovely and connected, Mel’s warmth, love and friendliness was felt throughout the whole session.
