I have had a few people ask me about experiencing ‘ringing in their ears’ and ‘what does it mean?’.
When you look this up they call it Tinnitus. So many causes come up as to why one might experience ringing in the ears but rarely find anything based on energy especially when we experience sound at different frequencies.
Most recently one of my followers shared her experience on my Centred Awareness Community platform, asking the community the same questions along with hearing music with the ear ringing and I would like to share my response as this is based on my own experiences.
I used to attend a ‘Spirit School’ where one of the things they mentioned was that spirit communicates through frequencies. They believed every time your ears would ring you are receiving information and to slow down and pay close attention to what you receive.
You will not always be able to translate the information straight away because the communication is being received from a higher frequency but it is being stored in your subconscious mind for when it is required.
Did you know Biophotons show that we are made of Light and Albert Einstein said, “Everything is Energy”.
“There is no place in this new kind of physics (Quantum Physics) both for the field and matter, for the field is the only reality”. ~ Albert Einstein
Einstein explains here that all quantum communication is received via our energy field. This is why he says, “the field is the only reality”. This would make complete sense as to why we may be receiving communication in a high pitched ringing frequency.
We live in a physical world where everything is consciousness and although we can’t see the invisible connections connecting us to everyone as well as nature, animals and beyond this realm of reality, they do exist, hence the saying ‘We Are All One’ and ‘One Love’.
One example I can share is, a few years ago, in one of my meditation groups, one of my members was speaking to me about a general topic, nothing about her health or anything, my right ear was ringing in a very high pitched tone. Because we had just finished a meditation I was still in a very mediative state.
When she finished speaking and my ear had stopped ringing, I asked if she was open to a healing and she said yes. This is where I picked up arthritis in her shoulders.
In regards to hearing music, I usually hear this when there is white noise on, like a fan for example. Every now and then if the bathroom fan is on I hear music playing and go looking for it as well but can never find where it is coming from.
Having a human experience, we always try to find the ‘meaning’ of things. What does it mean when this happens? What does this dream mean?
Why does every experience have to have a meaning? Why must we analyse and over analyse looking for a meaning? That is all an act of the mind and the ego.
Why can’t we just be in the flow of the experience and accept it as is? An experience. That’s all it is. It doesn’t have to have a meaning, so don’t try and give it one.
When these beautiful experiences come my way, I stay in the flow of the experience and enjoy it for what it is. A magical and spiritual experience that we are blessed to receive in this physical experience.
I hope this helps to better understand the ringing in your ears. Next time this happens, sit with it and enjoy the experience!
